Return & Refund Policy

At Emoceans Planet, every item is created with care and intention. Because many of our products are custom-made or one-of-a-kind, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent.

Apparel & Merchandise

Change of mind or sizing issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or due to buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.
Defective or misprinted items: If your item arrives with a defect or printing error, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved claims will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund.

Lucy’s Resin Creations

Lucy’s resin art is individually handcrafted, and many pieces are truly one-of-a-kind. For this reason:

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
If damage occurs in transit, customers may choose:
- A refund issued back to the original payment method, or
- A replacement, which Lucy will personally handcraft. Please allow up to 1 week for production, plus drying and curing time, before shipment.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To begin the process:

Email EmoceansPlanet@gmail.com with your order number.
Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item (and packaging, if applicable).
Indicate whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

We will review and respond to all refund or replacement requests within 2–3 business days.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please contact us and we will assist with tracking the payment.

Custom-made or personalized designs
Clearance or final sale items
