Return & Refund Policy

At Emoceans Planet, every item is created with care and intention. Because many of our products are custom-made or one-of-a-kind, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent.


Apparel & Merchandise

  • Change of mind or sizing issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or due to buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

  • Defective or misprinted items: If your item arrives with a defect or printing error, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved claims will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund.


Lucy’s Resin Creations

Lucy’s resin art is individually handcrafted, and many pieces are truly one-of-a-kind. For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

  • If damage occurs in transit, customers may choose:

    • A refund issued back to the original payment method, or

    • A replacement, which Lucy will personally handcraft. Please allow up to 1 week for production, plus drying and curing time, before shipment.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To begin the process:

  1. Email EmoceansPlanet@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item (and packaging, if applicable).

  3. Indicate whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

We will review and respond to all refund or replacement requests within 2–3 business days.


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please contact us and we will assist with tracking the payment.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or used apparel

  • Custom-made or personalized designs

  • Clearance or final sale items
